IMPORTED USED SPARE PARTS FROM JAPAN BY UNDER THE NAME OF “SANGTHONG AUTO PARTS”.

 

1982:

EXPAND TO IMPORT NEW BODY PARTS (PLASTIC PARTS, MATAL STAMPING PARTS, AND LAMPS) FROM TAIWAN.

 

1991:

JOINT VENTURE WITH “PRO-FORTUNE” THE SECOND LARGEST AUTO PARTS MANUTACTURER IN TAIWAN, AND SET UP “FORTUNE PARTS INDUSTRY COMPANY LIMITED” IN 1991 WITH THE CAPITAL OF 40 MILLION BAHT.

 

1994:

IN EARLY YEAR, ONLY PRODUCE FOR LOCAL MARKET, SO COMPANY FACE LOST AND ADJUST TO INCREASE CAPITAL FROM 40 TO 60 MILLION BAHT
AND UP TO 80 MILLION IN 1996. ALSO IN THE END OF 1995,
FPI STARTED TO IMPORT NEW TOOLINGS FROM TAIWAN
AND EXPAND MARKET AND GAIN PROFIT IN 1996.

 

1995:

START TO TAKE PART IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR AND HAVE NEW CUSTOMERS AROUND 50 COUNTRIES.
EXPAND UP TO 16,000 M2/AREA FOR NEW FACTORY (LAMLUKKA, KLONG 7)
TOTAL INVESTMENT OF 4 MILLION DOLLAR AND GET FINACIAL SUPPORT FROM BANK OF AYUDHYA PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED.

 

1999: QUALITY SYSTEM
  • IMPLEMENT ISO9002:1994 QUALITY SYSTEM AND GET ACCREDITED FROM BM TRADA ON DECEMBER 25,1999
  • IMPLEMENT QS9000:1994 QUALITY SYSTEM AND GET ACCREDITED FROM UNITED REGISTRAR OF SYSTEMS (THAILAND) LIMITED. ON DECEMBER 25, 2002.
  • IMPLEMENT ISO/TS16949:2002 QUALITY SYSTEM AND GET ACCREDITED FROM UNITED REGISTRAR OF SYSTEMS (THAILAND) LIMITED. ON DECEMBER 25, 2003.
  • IMPLEMENT MQVP QUALITY SYSTEM AND GET ACCREDITED FROM MQVP CO.,LTD IN 2003.
  • IMPLEMENT ISO14001 AND OHSAS 18001 AND GET ACCREDITED FROM UNITED REGISTRAR OF SYSTEMS (THAILAND) LIMITED. ON DECEMBER 25, 2004.

AND INCRESE CAPITAL FROM 80 TO 156 MILLION BAHT
AND INCEASE CAPITAL AGAIN FROM 156 TO 195 MILLION BAHT IN
MAY,18 2004.
AND CHANGE THE NAME TO “FORTUNE PARTS INDUSTRY PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED.”

 

2005:

EXPAND NEW FACTORY TO 48,000 M2/AREA AND VERTICAL INTEGRATED FOR PLASTIC TECHONOLOGY BY INVEST CNC TOOLING SHOP, AUTOMOTIC CHROME PLATING LINE, AUTOMATIC PAINTING LINE AND 5 NEW INJECTION MACHINES.

 

2007:

MODIFY CHROME PLATING LINE TO ACHIEVE SOC FREE BY CHANGE FROM Cr6+ TECHNOLOGY TO Cr3+ TECHNOLOGY BY AUTO TECH(GERMANY) AND UEMURA (JAPAN).

 

2010:

EXPAND PRODUCTION CAPACITY BY INVEST 4 INJECTION MACHINES AND NEW PAINTING LINE #3
TO SUPPORT OEM. PRODUCTS.

 

2011:

  • Quality Assurance on Chrome Coating Process
  • Thickness Testing Machine Is Calculated Thickness On Chrome Coating This tester measurement conformed to JIS H8501 AND ISO2177 Searching and editing through to thickness of almost alloy metallic coating copper, nickel, chrome etc.
  • Thermal Shock is performed to determine the resistance of the part to sudden changes in temperature. The parts undergo a specified number of cycles, which start at ambient temperature. The parts are then exposed to an extremely low (or high) temperature and, within a short period of time, exposed to an extremely high (or low) temperature, before going back to ambient temperature.
