| 1991 |
- Fortune Parts Industry Public Company Limited (“The Company”) was registered under the name of “Fortune Parts Industry Co., Ltd.” with an initial capital of two million Baht by Tanadamrongsak Family on 26 November 1991. To commence its operation, the Company imported two models of auto part molds from Republic of Taiwan and commissioned other factories to produce the parts for the Company to sell to domestic clients.

| 1993 |
- Paid-up capital was raised to 20 million Baht to import additional 20 models from Pro Fortune Industry Co., Ltd., one of leading Taiwan auto parts manufacturer. The imported molds were used to produce grilles, bumpers and other plastic parts.

| 1994 |
- Paid-up capital was raised to 40 million Baht as Pro Fortune Industry Co., Ltd from Taiwan invested in the Company and obtained a share of 25% of total paid-up capital of the Company.

| 1996 |
- Paid-up capital was raised to 60 million Baht for the Company’s revolving fund and financing business expansion that had been uninterrupted. In addition, the Company hired experts from Taiwan to work fulltime in order to start producing its own molds.
- Participated in the Taiwan AMPA Show, the International Auto Parts and Accessories Show in Republic of Taiwan for the first time and began exporting the products.

- Paid up capital was raised to 80 million Baht to acquire an 11-0-60 rai area in Lamlookka Klong 7 in order to construct a factory for expanded production capacity to satisfy growing demand of overseas customers.

- Relocated operations from Lamlukka Klong 4 to Lamlukka Klong 7 offering the usable area of 16,000 square meters.

| 2004 |
- Carried out a restructuring of shareholding structure as the management of Pro Fortune Industry Co., Ltd. sold their business and shares back to Tanadamrongsak Family.
- Corporatized into a Public Company Limited and changed the Company’s name to Fortune Parts Industry Public Co.,Ltd.

|
- Paid-up capital was raised to 200 million Baht to fund further business expansion:
- Constructed additional factory building and warehouse on a 14-1-28 rai area. Thus a total factory area was expanded to 25-1-88 rai which provided a usable area of 48,000 square meters to accommodate increase in every process.
- Installed one additional Automatic Chromium Coating Line so as to increase a production capacity by 13 million to reach 49 million square decimeters per year.
- Developed R&D of mold design section by importing CNC and EDM machines for large automotive parts such as bumpers and front grilles which helped reduce cost of importing molds from overseas.
- Added one more Automatic Painting Line to an existing one line to accommodate OEM customers. The painting capacity was increased to 15.72 million square decimeters per year.

| 2009 |
- Upgraded the Chromium Plating Line with modern technology and solution from UEMURA (Japan) and ATOTECH (Germany) in order to improve quality in the production from REM to OEM. In replace of Hexavalent Chrome (Cr6+) coating, a Trivalent Chrome (Cr3+) plating process using more biodegradable chemicals was adopted and according to SOC standard practice. In addition to the environmentally friendly technology, the output was raised by 5 million to reach 54 million square decimeters per year.

- Built a 1,800 square-meter depot for raw material storage to accommodate the production growth.
- Acquired four more injection machines which added up to a total of 21 machines with a production capacity of 4,103 tons per year.
- Installed one additional painting line. With a new total of three painting lines, the production capacity grew from 15.72 million to 22.22 million square decimeters per year.

| 2011 |
- Acquired one additional injection machine with robotic system which increased a production capacity to 4,839 tons per year.
- Added one more painting line. With a total of four painting lines, the production capacity was raised from 22.22 to 28.72 million square decimeters per year in order to satisfy OEM clients.
- Acquired a land area of 28-0-4 rai nearby in preparation for greater expansion to cope with increasing demand in automotive industry and separate OEM and REM customers.
- Increased registered capital to 295 million Baht by issuing new 95,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of 1.00 Baht each. Shares allocation was as follows:
- 32,000,000 ordinary shares were allocated to existing shareholders. As a result, the number of paid-up capital stood at 232,000,000.
- Issuance of new 60,000,000 ordinary shares for public for the first time.
- Issuance of new 3,000,000 ordinary shares for the board of directors and employees of the Company.

|
- Acquired two more plots of land nearby i.e. 4 rais and 1-2-99 rais to prepare for continuous improvement expansion of production, research & development and mold makings area, new office building and showroom.
- List our company in Stock Exchange of Thailand for Market for Altenative Investment (MAI) on September 20, 2012.
- Constructed a large three-story product warehouse of 8,000 square meters on each floor, making a total of 24,000 square meters usable area. For total of 72,000 square meters.
